You can find The Glass Door on the fourth floor of the Porto Vista Hotel in San Diego in Little Italy. Here you will have a lovely and expansive view of the San Diego Harbor, and get to dine from a fabulous, yet reasonably priced menu.

For dinner choose from an eclectic menu that incorporates a variety of seafood items and local ingredients. Examples include Lobster Risotto, Seared Diver Scallops, and Roasted Root Vegetables. For dessert, ask for the current homemade sorbet selections, or maybe select the warm Chocolate Bread Pudding. Dinner begins at 3pm, seven days a week.

Weekend brunch at the Glass Door begins at 7am, and offerings include traditional American breakfast a la carte items like toast, bagels and sausages, and specialty scrambles and breakfast burritos.

The Glass Door is as popular for its bar as it is for its food.  A variety of craft cocktails that integrate fruit and spices, like the Hot Paloma and the Orange Spice, are available for your indulgence.  The Glass Door has both a happy hour and a reverse happy hour each weekday, which means half-priced cocktails and low prices on selected beers and wines.
