Beerland is known to some as Austin’s Red River “Punk Dump,” but really, that’s a term of endearment because Beerland has a bunch of great qualities bundled into one little bar. It’s known to have good stout drinks, neighborhood friendliness, and nights of live punk rock and hardcore that are unforgettable. They are so committed to music that they host a Beerland Radio station on their website.

For lovers of rock and punk music, there’s something going on all of the time. And, Beerland still has good ole’ pool and video games, hosts movie nights, and encourages you to let your guard down in Monday night during Rock and Roll Karaoke. It’s cozy on the inside and extends to the patio if spatial reinforcements are needed. This unpretentious rock and roll joint has a full bar and cheap pints of beer, and a really user-friendly website with all its upcoming shows and advance tickets on it (though you can usually pay at the door).

Beerland is a place that you can get your “hardcore” on every night of the week.
