Soar High With Tandem Discovery Hang Gliding
Do you want to fly? How high could you soar? Now you can glide 2,000 feet above the ground as free as bird for a hang gliding session lasting between 15 to 20 minutes. You fly along on a United US Hanggliding & Paragliding Association certified instructor, courtesy of Thermalriders. First off, you’ll begin–on the ground of course–with a short lesson explaining the towing procedure. Both you and your instructor get strapped into a tandem glider, which will then be towed into the skies by a Dragonfly tow plane. Once you’ve hit the proper altitude, the instructor will release the line and you’ll soar free. All flights will take off from the Carter Memorial Airport, hanger six. Please Note: You must be at least 18 years old to use this deal, and make sure you schedule a reservation for your flight even after purchasing this deal.
