Circle Brewery1

These guys from Circle Brewing are dead serious about their craft beers. They observe the Reinheitsgebot, also known as the German Purity  Law (1516) but playfully mix it up with some Texas ingenuity, and some creativity to come up with better-tasting beer. They make use of water, hops, malt, and yeast – Reinheitsgebot’s four main ingredients that ensure only the best quality beer at it’s purest.

Their brews are 100% pure, no chemicals, no clarifying or stabilizing agents, cheap additives, or any gimmicky spices or fruits. The Circle Brewing people work hard day in and day out to produce perfect, and all-natural beer that pass the German Purity Standards of 1516.

Purity in today’s craft beer is close to non-existent according to these guys, with adjuncts such as cheap sugars and rice are added into macro and micro beers, compromising quality and taste. Good thing most beer drinkers can easily tell if that is the case. The sad part is that no one can tell right off the bat if a beer contains chemicals that artificially enhance the quality of badly brewed beer.

Envy Amber
ABV: 4.8%

Hop Overboard Pale Ale
ABV: 4.7%
A  pale ale with West Coast roots, Hop Overboard is named after their three tanks lost to the cold and dark Pacific depths.
