For those that love laser tag, Battlefield Houston on Little York Street is one of the best places to go in the whole city. Here, you can show off your laser skills in an arena that can’t be beaten. If you have been looking for a great place to play and connect with your inner child, or if you just want something fun to do this weekend, here’s some information about Battlefield Houston:

The Armory

If you really want to feel as though you’re on a true battlefield, Battlefield Houston’s armory will really rev you up. Here, everything is designed to feel realistic, and all laser guns come equipped with a red dot scape. And, all the guns are very accurate. With modern developments and ranges of over 1000 feet, these laser guns will forever change the way you play the game.

Length of Play

Every game at Battlefield Houston is at least thirty minutes in length, and open-play doesn’t require that you have a reservation, although sometimes you may have to wait about 30 minutes. If you want to avoid waiting, you can pre purchase a game online. The cost of a 30 minute game is $14.50, 60 minutes is $23, 90 minutes is $34, and 120 minutes is $43.50. Considering the high quality of equipment and playing arena, these prices are quite affordable and reasonable.

The Place for Birthday Parties

If you want to host a birthday party that really rocks, Battlefield Houston can help with all of your party needs. For a party event, you can purchase a package that gives you 30 minutes of play time, a customized dog tag for every guest, unlimited drink refills, a collector’s cup, and 30 minutes in the party room all for $175. Or, you can increase the playing time amount for a price increase. While no outside beverages are allowed, party-goers are welcome to bring in their own food, like pizza or cake. Keep in mind that Battlefield Houston is only for those kids ages 8 and up, so if your seven year old loves laser tag and wants to host his or her birthday at a laser tag arena, you’ll have to pick a different place.

The Best Time to Go

For those that want to give laser tag a shot but don’t want to pay $15 bucks for only 30 minutes, you might want to consider checking out Battlefield Houston on a Wednesday night. On Wednesdays, a happy hour special starting at five and going until closing time provides gamers with a special of one hour of game time for only $18.
