A Story Worth Sharing

Three brother’s bakery’s origin stems from Poland in between the years of 1825 and 1841, when two brothers, Sigmund and Sol, worked in their parent’s bakery. Unfortunately, when the two brothers were only 19 years old, both they and the rest of the family were moved to concentration camps under Nazi law.

8 years later, the two brothers and their younger brother, Max, were freed from the camp. The three all moved to Houston where they planned to open a bakery. Since the opening of this Houston delight, the three brothers have maintained the tradition of their days in Poland, where everything was made by hand.

Today, Three Brother’s Bakery is still in the family, and operates with the same attention to detail and love for hard work that it did before coming to America.

Baked Goods

At the Three Brother’s Bakery, you’ll find a variety of baked goods, ranging from cakes to cookies, bagels to breads. One of their specialties that most people rave about, though, are their custom made cakes.

Custom Made Cakes

For cakes that are not only delicious, but decorated as if an artist created them, Three Brother’s Bakery is the place for your custom cake-making needs. These cakes can be made for any occasions, and those about to say, “I do,” are particularly fond of this bakery’s talent. If you aren’t sure what type of custom made cake you’d like and are just looking for something beautiful, you can always opt for their build-a-cake option as well. The build-a-cake feature of this bakery allows you to choose a theme (such as birthday), a size, a flavor, trim color, writing color, and color style, simplifying the process while still creating a unique work of art.

Scrumptious Sugar-Free Sweets

If you’re watching your waistline or simply are trying to be a bit healthier, you have to visit Three Brother’s Bakery for some of their sugar-free desserts. Sugar-free options include brownies, chocolate chocolate drops, marble pinwheel cookies, plain cookies, cheesecake, and chocolate pecan drops. Despite the fact that these sweet treats are made without sugar, they’re just as good as their sugary counterparts.

Pastries and Pies

If you’re looking for a great place to pick up a box of pastries for your office meeting or a pie for your next Sunday dinner, the options at Three Brother’s are endless. Choose between a deep dish pecan pie (or the regular version, if you prefer), cherry pie, lemon meringue, pumpkin, and more. Or, pick up some tarts or rum balls. If you need enough sweets to serve to a large party, you might want to consider one of the Three Brother’s party trays, which can feature muffins, Danishes, croissants, elephant ears, or more. Plus, these trays can all be ordered online.

For a fun place to satisfy your sweet tooth, Three Brother’s Bakery in Houston offers an extensive array of baked goods.
