Turquoise grill in Houston offers a fusion of different flavors and ingredients combined together to bring you Turkish food that’s unique and interesting.

Eat Healthy

When eating out, it’s not unlikely for one to question the healthiness of the food they’re eating. Dishes are loaded with sodium, processed, and full of fats, oils, sugar, and who knows what else. When dining at the Turquoise Grill, though, one needn’t panic about what they’re putting in their body. Here, the dishes all strive to be heart healthy, and are loaded with important vitamins and minerals. Even if you opt against a salad, you’ll still be getting plenty of nutrients when you choose one of the grill’s freshly made stews, soups, or even kebabs.

Vegetarian Options

For the vegetarians amongst us, Turquoise Grill is the perfect restaurant for you. Not only is this a restaurant where you can bring your meat-loving friends, but you’ll also find menu options that are vegetarian specific while still bursting with flavor.

Make a Toast

You’ll find plenty of reasons for toasting to this restaurant, but in case you need one more, here it is: the Turkish Yakut wine and Efes beer. These traditional beverages will pair perfectly with your meal, and will give you cause to raise your glass in celebration.

Live Band

This restaurant is constantly posting event updates, many of which happen to be musical numbers provided by Chris Mitchell. Mitchell is at Turquoise Grill every Wednesday and Sunday evening at 7:30 PM on the beautiful patio. In addition to the awesome live music, you’ll also find a raging happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3 to 7 PM. The Happy Hour includes hummus, empanadas, gyro quesadillas, crispy calamari, draft beer, house wine, turquoise margaritas, and call drinks.

Large Lunch Menu

We love the lunch menu at this restaurant, as it’s full of a number of delicious options that will help get you through the rest of the workday. The gyros sandwich is both gigantic and served with fries, and the falafel sandwich is a local favorite. All sandwiches and wraps come with your choice of salad, pasta salad, or French fries. If you’re feeling extra hungry, we dare you to try the three course lunch special. Choose a cup of soup, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, or Greek salad for your first course; decided between the gyros platter, chicken kebab, blackened tilapia, or fettuccini pasta with chicken for your main dish; and finish it off with baklava, rice pudding, or a fruit cup for dessert.

Great for dates thanks to the beautiful patio, perfect for friends thanks to the heaping portions, and great for family thanks to the warm and welcoming feel, Turquoise Grill is a must-try establishment in Houston.
